What tile sizes are available?
We offer two sizes, and both cover 11.11 sq. ft. per box:
- Small Tiles: 4x4 inches (100 tiles per box)
- Large Tiles: 8x4 inches (50 tiles per box)
Either size box costs $133, which comes to about $12 per sq. ft.
How do I calculate how many boxes I need?
One box of our tiles covers 11.11 sq. ft.
To calculate how many boxes you need, simply divide your project’s total square footage by 11.11.
Both small and large tile sizes cover the same area.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free anywhere in the USA.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your ZIP code. Most orders arrive within a few business days.
What types of natural stones do you offer?
Our collection includes Green Sukabumi Stone, Black Lava Stone, and Ocean Wave Stone.
How can I be sure of the stone’s quality?
All tiles undergo strict quality checks for durability and color consistency. We also provide free samples. Simply request at support@stoneco.co and we’ll ship them directly to you.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately at support@stoneco.co. If the order has not been dispatched, we will make the changes. If it has shipped, we will guide you on the next steps.
You may return tiles at your own shipping cost. Once we receive them in perfect condition, we will issue a full refund within 30 days.
How do I install the stones?
We recommend professional installation. The process includes preparing the surface, mixing the correct adhesive, and applying tiles with proper alignment and coverage. Detailed installation guidelines are available upon request.
