Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an unconditional return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@stoneco.co. Please note that returns must be sent to the address we provide.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on items that were improperly installed by the installation company. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you own and once the return is accepted, either make a separate purchase for the new item or use your credit with us to place the correct order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

CONDITIONS FOR CLAIMING THE WARRANTY
Proof of purchase or invoice must be presented.
Photographic documentation of the defect may be required.
Correct use and maintenance of the product are essential for the warranty to be valid.
We do not offer a warranty on the installation, which must be guaranteed by the responsible company.
